Karren’s adolescent and family clients are consistently impressed with her ability to connect with and engage clients who previously have been reluctant to participate in a therapeutic process. She thrives on the challenge and the opportunity to work with families when there may have been times when that was not something they had previously been open to. Karren’s success in her clinical work with adolescents was much sought after as a behavioural specialist and counsellor in the Surrey school district. She has helped many families, parents and teens find their way back to their best selves and to work well together as a team.
Karren is specialized in a number of areas of relationship dynamics, communication patterns, and has a deep understanding of mental health and well-being. She has had great success with supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, self-harm, disordered eating as well as grief and loss. She specializes and focuses her clinical work with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and families.
Karren is pleased to welcome new clients to the practice.
