With years of dedicated experience in clinical counseling, Geneva is passionate about creating positive and lasting changes in the lives of individuals and families. Her journey in the field of mental health began with a strong educational foundation, including a Master's in Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University, and has been marked by a deep commitment to supporting youth, young adults, and their families through a range of therapeutic approaches.

Geneva has had the privilege of working with Fraser Health Authority for well over a decade, where she has specialized in youth and young adult mental health services. In her role as the Outpatient Child and Youth Young Adult Mental Health and Substance Use Programs and Indigenous Mental Health and Substance Use Services Manager, she has led operational planning, integration, and delivery of various programs as well as ensured standardization of practice. Previously, she was the Coordinator of the Adolescent Day Treatment Program and an Early Psychosis Intervention Group and Family Therapist, working with children, adolescents, and families, providing education, support, and clinical supervision.

In addition to her clinical work, Geneva has pursued ongoing leadership training and specialized certifications in areas such as Trauma Informed Practice, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Emotion Focused Family Therapy. This continuous learning reflects her dedication to bringing the highest quality of care and compassion to each client relationship.

Geneva’s aims to utilize her experience & natural warmth to support individuals by creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their challenges and work towards meaningful change. She is known for her approach grounded in empathy, evidence-based practices, and a commitment to fostering resilience and growth.
